Balancing Personal Power: Do’s & Don’ts

Good afternoon everyone. It is a great day here in Zambia. Today I want to give you some tips that I believe will transform the way you balance power.
There is a fight in the world and it is a fight for power. Like it or not, you are in a struggle for power. You struggle for power with your children, your spouse, your neighbors, your co-workers and your family.
I define power as the ability to control others (good or bad). At the end of each day, the one who controls people is the one who wins. In democracy, dictatorships, communist nations, monarchs, clergy and all other forms of government are not exempt from power struggles. Here are some tips I want to share with you in no particular order.
